Goodness so far it seems like a bad catch up job I am doing huh?

However today I can cover this. Typhoon Day. Like I said in last post I think I am coming down with a cold (thanks Nagashima) So today I got up and rather reluctantly got dressed for school. We were supposed to take a tour. But upon arriving there after walking through the rain we discovered it was cancelled.

We were under a storm warning (apparently a typhoon but I saw nothing on it) and we were given clear instructions not to leave our apartment. So the rest of the International Students began to discuss what they wanted to do. I just wanted to go home and sleep. (I'm so awesome when making plans)

Some wanted to go to a pokemon fesitval in Nagashima. But me being low on Yen for nice trips and tempting souvenirs (even though now I have 2 more plushies) I decided to decline. Besides the weather was bad! I didn't wanna be out and about. The others decided on a movie day where we all made food and ate together. So I went with that. I made Fruit Salad and Rice.

No one ate the Fruit Salad at first cause it looked so pretty apparently. Unfortnetly the idea to take a picture occured afterwards. However I used Pineapple, Oranges, Strawberries, and Kiwi.

In the middle was the fruit cubed the oranges I cut into supremes then sliced those and the strawberries were sliced in half. Around the edges of the dish was a pattern made of round kiwi slices and strawberry halves placed in the arches of the kiwi like

OvO except the v is a little higher.

We watched Inception. I really did like it. Oh btw everyone makes REALLLY spicy food. I promise I will introduce you to them all I really will!

Anyways after the movie we watched youtube videos, and in writing this blog I realized that I screwed up cause I didnt ask the French girls to come with us. Either way Mina says we can ask them later as well as apologize.

I hope this cold goes away soon.
